How It Works

ORDERING

1.       Choose the items from our products page.

3.       Fill in your information on the reservation forms that follow.

4.       An email confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.

5.       It’s that simple!

 

DELIVERIES

Sure, we will deliver and pick up the baby gear from a private residence. We will also set up a crib if you are renting one. Simply enter the address on your reservation form and choose "Private residence." You can choose from a different set of time frames  to drop off and pick up your equipment. Simply ask the person you are staying with what would be most convenient for them. W e can also work directly with your host to schedule delivery and pickup times, or in many situations, we can leave equipment on a private porch or side gate. Don't forget to provide the gate code in the "Special Instructions" area of your order if you are staying in a gated neighborhood, or alert the security guard that we will be there. Rental Properties - There are several methods that deliveries can be made to rental properties.

1. If you or a member of your party will be at the destination during one of the time windows that are specified for that area on both your delivery and pick-up days, we can simply deliver during those times. Don't forget to provide the gate code in the "Special Instructions" area of your order if you are staying in a gated neighborhood, or alert the security guard that we will be there.

2. Most local property management companies will work with us directly to facilitate contactless delivery before you arrive and pick up after you leave. This is especially helpful if you are arriving or leaving outside the permitted time windows for your location.  There is typically a cleaning staff there before you arrive and after you leave so we may enter with ease. Many times, if there isn't a cleaning crew, the property manager might meet us there or grant us entry to the apartment. In many instances, we can also leave equipment on a private porch or side gate (full-size cribs are an exception). In your reservation form, simply choose "Rental Home/Condo" and provide us with the property management details. Inform them that you are renting baby gear, and we will take care of the rest.

Hotels – Be alert! A pack n' play or portable crib, not a full-size crib, is most likely what a hotel is referring to when they say they have cribs. In most situations, hotel staff will allow us to set your gear up in your room before you check in. If your room is not ready when we arrive we can normally leave items with the bellperson or concierge . Please be sure to notify the hotel that a delivery is coming, and we'll work out the specifics with them. You don't have to be present when we deliver or pick up any other products because you can leave them at the hotel front desk or concierge when you leave. Simply bring the items back to the front desk marked with your name after checking out. At the start of the pickup time slot you choose on your reservation form, make sure the things are brought back to the front desk.

Airports - Airport service can be arranged in several different ways depending on your location. Items can be delivered to you directly at the same time you are picking up your rental vehicle or the arrivals area. Just provide your flight and car rental information on your reservation form along with your arrival and departure times. 

Self Pickup - If you wish you can pick up items yourself and drop them off at the end of the rental period. The pick up location is off Olive Road in Pensacola. Self pick up is contactless, items will be left out for you to pick up. 

Separate Delivery/Pickup Locations – Yes we can pick up your rental equipment from a different location than the one it was dropped off at but it must be a location we still service. Determine if the pickup location is one we service by looking up the locations in our city; if it is, simply enter the pickup address in the relevant field on your reservation form. There can be an added charge. 

 

ORDER CHANGES

Adjustments to an order may be made quickly through the online system. Order adjustments will be notified through email and are dependent on availability.

1. Choose the "Login" icon tab on the home page and input your login details.

2. You may view and modify your order from this page.

3. We can also make changes to your order or respond to any queries you might have. Send us an email with the modifications you want to make, and we'll handle it from there.

 

BILLING INFORMATION

Within 48 hours of placing an order, your card will be confirmed and charged. The credit card on file will be charged for any order cancellations or adjustments brought on by order changes. We apologize, but we do not accept checks or cash. For order cancellations and other essential details, please visit our Terms and Conditions page. A reservation's billing term begins on the day of delivery and ends the day before pick-up. Because the day of pickup is regarded as a non-use day, you are not charged for it.
