CAN I PICK UP MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

Absolutely! The pick up location is in Pensacola off of Olive Road, about 15-20 minutes from PNS airport. Please keep in mind if you are picking up a crib that it is a full size crib and you will need a larger vehicle to transport it, especially if you have a child in a car seat in the vehicle at the same time.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Yes. Please log into your account if you need to make any modifications to your order. From there, you may make the necessary changes. Changes to dates, delivery/pickup hours, products, and addresses are all possible. An email confirmation of the order change will be sent to you. Any changes within 48 hours of the delivery time are subject to delivery. Please call to confirm any changes within 48 hours of delivery 850-712-6283.

 

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?

The best approach to guarantee that you will receive what you need is to place your order as early as possible. Go online and reserve your equipment as soon as you know when you'll be traveling. When making travel arrangements during the summer or holiday seasons, try to do so well in advance because they are the busiest times. In the off-season or throughout the summer, one to two weeks' notice is adequate. We will always make an effort to accommodate hurried orders.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE A LAST-MINUTE ORDER?

For hurried orders, just make your reservation online, and we'll mark it as such when it arrives. From this point on, we'll try to send you a confirmation email as soon as possible. Keep a look out for your confirmation email as we often send them out within 3 to 4 hours. We will notify you via phone, text, or email if there is a problem due to the short notice. Despite the fact that we always try our best to provide you the things you require, please keep in mind that confirmation is based on availability. Keep in mind that before your order can be processed and delivered, you must receive a confirmation email.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

Minimum orders amounts start at $50 and depend on your destination. You may still place an order that falls below the minimum amount but you will be charged the appropriate minimum for the location.. 

 

WHEN DOES MY RENTAL TERM BEGIN AND END?

Your rental term begins on the day of delivery and ends on your last day of use. You are not charged for the pickup day as it is not considered a use day. 

 

DO YOU ASSEMBLE THE CRIBS?

We use folding cribs, so there is no assembly required. The cribs just unfold and have latches that fasten, so they can be set up by almost anyone.

 

AT WHAT TIMES ARE DELIVERIES DONE?

There is generally a 2 - 3 hour time window needed for all deliveries and pickups of baby equipment. Options of different time windows for your city can be selected on your reservation form. If no one is available at the location during your designated delivery or pickup time there will be an attempt to reschedule with an additional fee. For deliveries before/after hours please contact us with your management company info and we will attempt to coordinate a contactless delivery/pick up.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY RATES?

Delivery costs can start at $25, but they also depend on the distance traveled for delivery. Delivery and pickup are included in all prices. Delivery rates are listed by zip code.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE LONG-TERM RENTALS?

Long-term rentals are available for most items and apply on orders lasting more than 2 weeks. Email us at beachgearbaby@gmail.com for rates.

 

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK AND WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Your card will be charged when you submit your reservation, so you must provide it in order to complete the reservation. We will apply any credits or additions to the card on file if you need to alter your order.. We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. 

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CLEAN AND SAFE?

.We take safety of rental equipment very seriously. All Products meet all the current federal safety standards. Products are checked after use and replaced as needed with a focus on changes in the baby industry. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using non-toxic products before delivery. 

 

CAN YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?

Sorry, but we do not install car seats. Information on installing car seats are posted on the car seats themselves. You can also request a digital copy of the car seat manual before delivery.

 

CAN YOU PICK IT UP FROM A LOCATION DIFFERENT THAN THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY LOCATION?

It is simple to arrange for your belongings to be picked up from a different place than where they were dropped off. The pickup location must be within the coverage region, and depending on the location, extra charges can be necessary. Please be aware that there will be an attempt to reschedule if no one is present at the place during your scheduled delivery or pick-up time, and an additional fee may be assessed.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO AIRPORTS?

Car rental firms can receive service in or near major airports. Items can be delivered to you at the rental car area . In your reservation form, please include details about your flight and rental vehicle, as well as a projected arrival time. Your flight information will be reviewed for delays, but please call 850-712-6283 to provide updates on late arrivals. For airport deliveries or delays, additional fees can be required in some locations. Please visit our Location Information page to learn more about the airports we serve nearby. If you are renting a cur from an individual on Turo, please contact us directly with details. It may be easier to delivery your items to your Turo host and leave them in your vehicle prior to your arrival.

 

WHAT ABOUT DAMAGES/ LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCTS?

We are unable to provide insurance for any rental equipment against loss, theft, or damage. It is strongly advised that no food or leaky bottles be given to children while they are using the equipment, with the exception of high chairs. Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, or a fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Rental equipment is subject to loss or theft, and the renter undertakes to cover the cost of any necessary replacements. Items must be returned with all components and accessories complete and in good functioning condition. Outside of normal wear and tear, the renter is responsible for paying to repair or replace any extra damage to the equipment. The credit card on file will be charged for any additional costs brought on by loss, theft, repair, or replacement.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

It is acknowledged that travel schedules can change. Any orders that are cancelled before 72 hours of the delivery date will incur a $20 processing fee. If an order is canceled within 72 hours of the delivery date, 50% of the original order total or the minimum order total, whichever is higher, will be charged. There are no refunds for early returns.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

At the Beach Baby and Beach Gear Rentals, LLC recommends that no foods or liquids that can stain products be given to children during use in order to avoid any extra cleaning or replacement fees.
